Booking Process

  • Select your dates and options and book online and enter your card details. Don't worry, your card details are stored securely and not even ourselves get to see your data.  If you prefer not to enter your card details, please just contact us and we will make your booking manually.
  • We will confirm your booking via email, no payment is needed/taken if your trip is over 14 days away.
  • We will contact you 3 weeks before arrival to confirm your trip.
  • We will then take full payment at 14 days before arrival.
  • You will receive an email of how to access the apartments after payment and 3 days before arrival.

Check Booking & Pay Your Balance

The rates given are for the specific room types for a 4 night minimum stay and include everything you need to just move in. We also apply a £75.00 service charge.

 

Included in the rate you pay is our Weekday Service - Wash up / Make beds / Change Towels / Replenish Toiletries

 

The following are our room types and how you will be accommodated:-

  • Studio - Double Bed (Single/Double occupancy only)
  • Studio - Double Bed & Sofa Bed (Up to 4 persons)
  • 1 Bedroom - Queen Bed (Single/Double occupancy only)
  • 1 Bedroom - Queen Bed & Sofa Bed (Up to 4 persons)
  • 1 Bedroom Superior - Queen Bed (Up to 2 persons)
  • 1 Bedroom Superior - Queen Bed & Sofa Bed (Up to 4 persons)

Options

  • Travel Cots are available at £7.50 per night (Incuded in Superior)
  • Additional Daily Maid Service £35 - Our included weekday service plus change of Linen & Clean

Our check-in time is from 15:00 and check-out time is 10:00 or before (times outside these hours only by prior agreement).

 

Payment Conditions

 

In order to reserve the accommodation, if booking within 14 days of arrival the full rental amount is payable at the time of booking.

 

If balance is not paid at the 2 week reminder we will cancel your booking within 24 hours.

 

Payment can be made by credit card or debit card. Mastercard/Visa accepted.  

 

Refund Conditions

The payment for rental is non refundable unless cancelled over 14 days before arrival date. 

 

Important Information

 

A maximum of £200.00 can be charged for damage to our apartments.

 

We operate a strict no smoking policy in ALL apartments – if abused a deodorizing charge of £75.00 will be charged.

 

A loss of keys will result in a £15.00 fee. 

 

We do NOT allow pets to stay in any of the apartments.

 

No groups of 3 or 4 permitted under the age of 25

 

ID needs to be received at time of booking for all guests staying

 

You will be charged an intensive cleaning fee of £200.00 if subject to one of the following:- excessive rubbish/mess/trash left after check-out; any stains or discolouration to the property or furnishings; any damage to the property or furnishings. 


Please note we only allow a minimum of 3/4 nights stay for bookings online.  Please call or email for shorter stays.

 

Once you have booked, you can review your booking using the form if you wish to cancel or check your balance to pay.  If you do cancel it is still subject to our cancellation/refund policy.
