Q - When is check in/check out?

A - Check in is at 15:00 or after and check out at 10:00 or before. 

 

Q - Are towels/linen included, what about toiletries?

A - Yes, this is included in your price you have paid and your towels will be changed on weekdays and linen changed every 7 nights if you are staying longer than 7 nights. We also provide hand wash/shampoo & body wash/conditioner and toilet paper which will be replenished each weekday.

 

Q - Where can I store my luggage if I arrive early or leave late?

A - We can only look after luggage for arrivals from 10.30am Monday-Friday. The luggage will be taken to your room for safe storage.  We cannot look after luggage on weekends or Bank Holidays or on check outs due to security.  If you need this service please visit Left Luggage who provide secure storage at all the major stations/airports. Or use Stasher which offers a local service for about £6 a bag. Our postcode is E1 8RB

 

Q - Can I check in earlier or check out late?

A - Yes, we charge £75.00 per option and is subject to checking with the booking team first.

 

Q - Is there a washing machine/dryer in the apartment?

A - Yes, we also provide drying racks too as well as washing powder.

 

Q - Do I need to bring adaptors for sockets for my devices?
A - Yes, we have 3 prong UK sockets so European/Asian/American plugs will not work, we do have several USB charging points within the apartment though.


Q - What is the £75 service charge?

A - Most serviced apartments in London and other major cities carry a service charge or final cleaning fee.  This charge is due to the larger space of an apartment and also having kitchens to clean on departure.  It also covers the servicing of your room during the week.

 

Q - Do all the apartments have their own private bathroom and kitchen?

A - Yes, they are all self-contained apartments. Your kitchen contains an oven, fridge-freezer, microwave, coffee filter machine, toaster and kettle plus all utensils and pots & pans.  One-Bedroom Floor Plan - Studio Floor Plan

 

Q - Is there car parking available?

A - Parking is for private residents only. However there are two close car parks and plenty of private options through JustPark. Our postcode is E1 8RB for location.

Q - How do I get to the apartments from Heathrow/Stansted/Gatwick Airports & Others?

A - Please see our Location page or use the TFL website as they have the best ways to enter the city.  We do recommend using the overline express services, but if travelling in a family group - or with a lot of luggage - using a taxi cab may be easier and more convenient.

 

Q - How large are the beds?

A - Studio - Main Bed 150cm by 200cm / Sofa Bed 140cm by 200cm

       One Bedroom - Main Bed 180cm by 200cm / Sofa Bed 150 by 200cm

 

Q - How far away are the tourist attractions?

A - Tourist attractions can be found throughout the whole of London, but we're right near one of the oldest buildings in the City! The Tower of London was built between 1075 and 1101. Within walking distance, we have The Tower Bridge, St. Katherine Dock, HMS Belfast, The Globe Theatre, TATE Modern, St. Paul's and more.

 

Q - How far away is the City?

A - The apartments are situated in the City (Zone 1), so you are there already.

   

Q - Is there a Gym close by?
A - Yes, plenty. Day passes can be purchased in the gyms nearby.  Our closest one is in the building and can be booked and explored please follow Victus Soul

 

Q - Is there a convenience store close by?

A - Yes, in the building - it is around the corner from the main entrance of the building. It has everything you need from toiletries to meals and more.

 

Q - What is the closest tube station?

A - Tower Hill & Aldgate East are 3 minutes away (200m)

 

Q - Do I have free Wi-Fi?

A - Yes, it will be your own dedicated wireless broadband - a one time log in and you're set up for the whole stay.

 

Q - As I am a light sleeper, are there black-out curtains fitted?

A - Yes, all curtains shut out as much light as possible. 

Q - Do you supply any provisions?
A - We offer some welcome tea, coffee, milk, sugar, biscuits and salt & pepper for your arrival.  This allows you to have a little something after your journey to us.  Everything else you may need can be purchased nearby.

 

Q - How many stairs to the apartments/do you have lifts/elevators?
A - We have 2 serviceable lifts/elevators, and there are no stairs to access the building.
